Pope Benedict XVI has been pictured giving a blessing to Rebecca Kadaga, the Speaker of the Ugandan Parliament, who has promised to pass the country’s notorious Anti-Homosexuality Bill as a “Christmas gift”.
Yesterday, Kadaga was at the Vatican to meet the Pope and to attend a human rights conference.
She received the blessing during a mass attended by thousands of pilgrims at the Vatican.
“I think it is something that I will remember all my life. It’s a very great moment and I thank God for this opportunity,” Kadaga said minutes after meeting the Pope, Uganda’s New Vision reports.

US Supreme Court Justice and Catholic Antonin Scalia said on equating sodomy to bestiality and murder, “It’s a form of argument that I thought you would have known, which is called the `reduction to the absurd. If we cannot have moral feelings against homosexuality, can we have it against murder? Can we have it against other things?”
Rebecca Kadaga thanks God for the opportunity to meet the head of the most corrupt institution in the world. Message to Kadaga: There is no god, but if there were, there would be no Catholic Church. Even a vengeful god would be disgusted by the RCC.
This is so ridiculous, it hurts to think it is true!
Why people defend the Catholic Church is beyond me… This crap has been going on since its earliest days. Witch hunts. The Inquisition. The blessings on abusing Jews. The Crusades. The blessing of wiping out the Native Americans. The changing of doctrines to suit political positions and fortunes (from abortion to Hitler).
And, of course, the fact that’s always been a money-making machine for a bunch of old guys in dresses who talk-the-talk, but don’t walk-the-walk.
Henry VIII was inspired by GOD to liberate FREE THINKING Christians from Papal autocracy ! Only a few years ago, the Curia of the RC Church were stating that condoms were of no use in the prevention of AIDS, since they were POROUS !! How can they utter such TRIPE ! The RC Church is a corrupt organisation that does NOT live with reality. Hopefully, very soon, it will be proven that homosexuality is genetic !
